You have come to the right place if:
- you want to participate in online computer typing competitions (national and international)
- you want to take part in the Polish Championships in working with text (the last one took place in April 2023)
- you want to take part in the World Championships in working with text organised by the Intersteno Federation (the next one will be held in July 2024 in Katowice)
- you want to write faster (we will provide training)
- you want to get confirmation of your computer typing skills – we will conduct verification exams
- you want to learn to type correctly (methodically, i.e. without looking – we will suggest you how to do it
If you are a teacher it is also a good thing that you have come to us, because:
- Your students can participate in all competitions organized by our Association;
- we will suggest how to properly teach children and teenagers to prepare for working with a computer – that is, how to correctly operate the keyboard
- we will come and lead a class of methodical writing
- we will come and lead training preparing for competitions
- we will come and lead a workshop: “Correspondence as an image of the institution”
- you can tell students about verification exams, we will come and guide them and award a verification diploma
If you are an employer it is all the better that you have come to us, because:
- we will suggest what skills your employee should have to be an effective employee
- we can show you how to write methodically, i.e. without looking
- we can lead a workshop at your company:

The Interinfo Poland Association is a non-profit organisation that has been operating since 2004 and its headquarters is in Tychy. Among us are world champions and vice-champions in the world in typing and proofreading, champions and runners-up of Poland in these competitions, teachers – trainers of these skills, teachers passionate about the correctness of the form and content of letters. Among us are those for whom computer literacy is an important skill, demonstrating the high competence of the employee.
One of our priorities is to promote methodical, i.e. non-visual operation of the computer keyboarding, treating it as the most effective and health-promoting. As part of this activity, we organise competitions in proficient typing on the computer keyboard.
The following competitions are held periodically:
- The Polish Championship of Computer-based Text Work. The ninth edition was held in April 2023
- Keyboard Challenge (form – online). In November 2022, the 10th edition (nationwide) was completed
- Christmas Typing Challenge. In December 2022, the 2nd edition of this international competition was held (competition between participants from Poland and Croatia)
Our country’s participants also take part in international competitions:
- Internet Contest, organised by the Intersteno Federation (20th edition in 2023)
- ZAV – 100, organised by Interinfo Czech Republic
We are preparing Polish representatives to participate in the World Championships in working with text on the computer, organised by the Intersteno Federation, having already achieved great success in this field
- gold (Krystian Wawrzynek) and silver (Franciszek Puchała) medal in the text correction competition – Maastricht 2022
- gold medal in the text correction competition – Cagliari 2019 (Krystian Wawrzynek),
- silver medal in audio transcription – Budapest 2015, (Franciszek Puchała),
- bronze medal in text production – Budapest 2015 (Franciszek Puchała),
- silver medal – Internet Contest 2023 (multilingual – Sebastian Pospiech),
- silver medal – Internet Contest 2014 (multilingual – Franciszek Puchała),
- silver medal – Internet Contest 2013 (transcription in the native language – Damian Mrowiec).
We have been an active member of the Intersteno Federation since 2007, and since 2015 a member of our Association has been a member of the Management Board of this Federation, which is an appreciation of our work. In 2009, the Council Meeting of the Intersteno Federation was organised in Tychy, attended by presidents of national associations from the United States, through European countries, to China.
In pursuing our statutory goals, we cooperate with other associations and organisations working for the benefit of education. We also carry out activities promoting the abovementioned skills in the form of seminars and workshops for students and teachers as well as company employees.
